About Instructor George Hutchings

Our neighboring nation of Canada, has brought Instructor George Hutchings to the Self Defense Company Instructor team. Born and raised in Toronto George's lifetime focus has always been protection. "From the beginning, I never liked the idea of someone being picked on or taken advantage of" states Hutchings. George's father was heavily involved in martial arts and had his son practicing with him from the very beginning. Ironically it was George's known training that caused him the most problems during school. "People always wanted to test me," George recalls. Even more troubling is that George remembers that he never truly felt comfortable with his traditional martial arts roots. "It never felt applicable in a real world scenario. It bothered me so much that I stopped traditional training around at 13, and began training in kick boxing and Krav Maga.

George left home when he turned 17 and began his entrepreneurial path. Beginning with real estate, George completed two weeks of training and doubled his original investment in the first 3o days. By the time he was 23 George had a solid understanding of the international market and set his eye on another stream of income, asset protection. His portfolio expanding to real estate, tax strategy, debt elimination, as well as his keen ability to create continuity programs for organizations. Instructor Hutchings started with K-9 training. He has trained over 500 dogs. From Police canines to rehabilitating aggressive animals, George finds great fulfillment with the work. "It's been a pleasure, though I don't have the time to continue with it, I would always find enjoyment in the sector. The truth is that I enjoy being able to help people physically and emotionally protect themselves and their assets."

George found the Self Defense Company's training, simple and honest. It immediately caught his attention and he wanted to add becoming an instructor to his existing portfolio. He is currently introducing the program to Toronto, Canada with interests to expand in Panama and Costa Rica where he frequents for business.
